What would ya say you do here?
Honestly, it’s a little bit of everything, but that’s how most locally owned and operated radio stations work.  I try to focus on the Sales and Marketing side of the business because that’s what keeps us going.  We survive exclusively on advertising revenue, and it’s that revenue that allows us to be as involved locally as we are.  It’s that localism that separates us from every other station on the dial.  There is no other radio station or medium in this region that covers the local issues that directly affect the people who live, work, and play like MyFM.

Favorite Music:
I’ve always loved Irish music, from the traditional stuff like the Dubliners, Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem, to the new stuff from the Dropkick Murphy’s, Shane MacGowen, and Flogging Molly.

Favorite movies:
Jaws is my all-time favorite movie, but I love the old black and white movies most…the Thin Man series with William Powell and Myrna Loy, Bogart, Jimmy Stewart, and Cary Grant.

Favorite TV shows:
MASH was my favorite for years, then Cheers, Boston Legal…Love Law & Order when it’s on, but right now Modern Family and The Middle are must see TV for me.

Favorite books:
I usually read a lot of business, marketing and motivational books like Harvey Mackay, Tony Robbins, Dale Carnegie, but I also enjoy biographies.  I’m currently reading Boston Strong Boy about John L. Sullivan, as well as Bobby Orr’s latest biography.  GREAT stuff!!!

Favorite Foods:
Steak & potato’s…Any day, any meal.

Favorite local town and why:
Hudson, MA.  I grew up there, and still live there.  A great small town with lots of great memories.

Favorite restaurants in the area:
Anything that is locally owned and operated.  We do a big push at MyFM urging folks to do business locally whenever possible, and I practice what I preach.

Favorite local activities:
Love the Mendon Twin Drive Inn!!!

Pet peeves:
No shock…TRAFFIC

Guilty pleasures:
Jameson Irish Whiskey

Reality show you would most likely be on:
Not sure if it’s considered a reality show, but I’d love to be on Wipeout

Where could we find you on a sunny weekend afternoon?
Someplace with my family… hopefully the Cape

Do you collect anything?
Nope

Do you have any unique skills?
I can spin just about anything on my finger…if it can be balanced, I can spin it.

Best concert you attended:
Shane MacGowen and the Pogues at the House of Blues…Great small venue and just an amazing show.

Words of wisdom:
From my Dad…”You Have To Make It Happen”
